Yes. Most of our retail relocations run overnight or over a weekend specifically to protect trading time. We plan the pack-down, transport and setup sequence so the store is ready to open on schedule at the new address. For larger stores with significant fixture counts or stock volumes, we phase the move across two nights if needed to avoid a full-day closure. with your trading hours and preferred closure window and we will plan around them.
Yes. Shopping centres including Westfield, Canary Wharf retail and managed estates all operate their own loading bay booking systems, move-in window restrictions and contractor sign-in requirements. We confirm the allowed access window, book the loading bay, complete the contractor induction and clear any centre-specific insurance requirements before move day. Nothing is left to sort out on the morning of the move.
Stock is packed, labelled and logged by category before the move and unpacked in the same order at the new store. High-value merchandise is transported in secure, lockable containers. Fragile items, display pieces and packaged goods are individually wrapped and crated. We do not mix stock with fixtures or equipment in the same load. Chain of custody is maintained throughout and handed to your store manager at completion.
Yes. Fixed shelving, wall-mounted display systems, glass counters, branded retail furniture and bespoke fixture runs are carefully dismantled, transported and reinstated at the new store. We agree the store layout in advance so every fixture is reinstated in the correct position and the store is retail-ready when we leave. For larger fit-out moves we coordinate with your shopfitter if reinstatement requires specialist installation.
Yes. Point of sale systems, EPOS terminals, barcode scanners, customer display screens and back-office servers are logged, packed and transported using IT-safe packaging. We coordinate the physical relocation with your team or provider so systems are disconnected, moved and positioned ready for reconnection in the correct sequence. Nothing is powered back up before your IT team confirms it is ready.
