Where machinery is too large, too heavy or too fragile to move in one piece, we plan the disassembly sequence in advance and reassemble at the new facility to the manufacturer's layout or your floor plan. We coordinate with your engineers or the equipment supplier where reassembly requires specialist sign-off. Nothing is moved in a way that voids a warranty or requires an unplanned service call after the move.

We build the move schedule around your production calendar, not ours. For facilities that cannot shut down entirely, we plan phased moves that clear non-critical equipment and racking first, then move production-critical machinery during a confirmed downtime window. We walk the facility before quoting to understand what moves in which order, what access is needed at both ends and what the reinstallation sequence is. The plan is agreed in writing with your operations manager before anything moves.

Yes. Pallet racking, shelving systems, mezzanine components, conveyor sections and picking infrastructure are dismantled, transported and reinstalled at the new facility. We agree the new warehouse layout in advance and reinstate racking to that plan so your team can begin loading stock on arrival. For moves that include an office component or IT infrastructure within the same facility, we coordinate both as a single managed move.
