Yes. Out-of-hours scheduling is one of our core service options and is used by the majority of our London clients. Evening and weekend moves allow businesses to return to full operation the next working day without disruption to trading hours or neighbouring tenants.
Careful planning is what reduces downtime, not speed on the day. We survey both sites, agree a detailed floor plan, and coordinate access in advance so move day runs without delays. Most clients are operational at their new location within the same day.
Servers, networking gear, PCs, and monitors are packed with appropriate transit protection. We position equipment at the new site according to your IT team's layout, ready for reconnection. We transport, we do not reconnect — your IT provider handles that, but we coordinate timing with them if needed.
Packing is included in a fully managed move. Materials such as boxes, wrapping, and IT-specific packaging are part of the service. We do not offer standalone packing as a separate product.
Loading bay availability, vehicle access restrictions, lift dimensions, building management contact, any permit requirements, and whether the building operates a booking system for moves. We gather this during planning and handle the coordination directly where possible.
We provide quotes based on the volume and nature of the move, both addresses, access conditions, timing, and any specialist equipment. All quotes are confirmed before you commit.
For straightforward office moves, two to four weeks is typical. For larger corporate relocations or moves requiring significant building coordination, six to eight weeks allows for proper planning. Contact us and we can confirm what's realistic for your project.
